The more I read and hear about your party, the more I fear you’re going to become extinct. While it is true I do not agree with just about anything you do or say, I do still want to have checks and balances.
I mean look at what your majority in the U.S. house has been doing; voting over 40 times to repeal the *Affordable Health Care act.
Here is a partial list of the members that have publicly rallied against this law while quietly seeking grants from the Affordable Care Act.
Paul Ryan (R) Wisconsin, sent letter seeking funds for health care clinics in his district.
Kristi Noem (R) South Dakota, requested funds to construct health care clinic in Rapid City.
Rob Portman (R) Ohio, requested funds for a health care center in Cleveland.
David Valadao (R) California, requested funds for improvement of general health in Fresno.
Jeff Denham (R) California, requested funds for improvement of general health in Fresno.
John Cornyn (R) Texas, sent letter recommending grant for Houston and Harris county.
Both Johnny Isakson and Saxby Chambliss (R) Georgia have recommended funding for healthcare clinics.
The list goes on but you get the message. Hypocrites all, don’t you think?
And recently you voted to defund ACORN again. ACORN has already been defunded and is no longer in existence. Any chance you folks will stop believing your own bullshit and try to do something constructive?
While both of these actions tend to fire up your base of radicals, they do nothing to improve the country on any level.
So my friends, I urge you all to call your representative and tell them to stop with the political shenanigans and get about doing what they were elected to do.
A jobs bill would be a good start and then they can come up with some decent gun control laws.
And to my Democratic friends, if you know a moderate Republican share this information with them suggesting they call their representative and tell them to move to the center so we can move forward as a community.
Do not bother with any tea party folk as they are so far into fantasy land they cannot be reached.
