Nice to see governor Rick Snyder has decided to spend some time with the regular folks.
Seems he comes with hat in hand asking for help in rounding up the bunch of radicals he has supported for the last couple of years.
When they decided to raise taxes on seniors and cut benefits to the poor, Snyder was all for it.
When they decided to cut funding to public education, Snyder was all for it.
When they decided to give tax cuts to Rick’s billionaire business associates, Snyder was all for it.
When they decided to rush through their right to work (for less) law, Snyder was all for it.
When they decided to restrict women’s rights passing the nation’s worst anti-abortion bill, Snyder was all for it.
When they decided to go on summer vacation rather than pass a Medicaid expansion bill, Snyder…
Well, Snyder was furious; the troops had struck out on their own without his guidance and instructions.
Damn it, Snyder will show them who is boss, he will go to the people and get them to assist him in this all important matter.
The people that Snyder and his crew have been slowly screwing for the past few years are now called on to bail them out.
Snyder seems to have also lost control of his bunch of radicals. Isn’t that a shame?
This condition reminds one of John Boehner and his do nothing congress. Boehner can get nothing through congress because of the radicals under his leadership.
U.S. Congress has a current approval rating of about 10%, what do you suppose Snyder and state Republicans should be rated?
*personally I am for the Medicaid expansion and hope someone in Lansing will come to their senses soon enough to get this done.
