A shout out to my Republican friends

Yes I do have republican friends, ranging from moderates who will listen to those with opposing views and may even agree on some points to bigoted racist tea party types.

And now my shout out!

There are millions if not billions of people in this world that have an obsession with killing or doing great bodily harm to a citizen or citizens of the United States. Our drone attacks cannot stop this, more likely they intensify these feelings. As evidenced by the closure of numerous U.S. Embassies worldwide.

Poverty rates in the U.S. continue to grow at an alarming rate as the middle class continues to shrink while to 1 percent continue to salt away their billions in off shore accounts.

What are we doing about these problems?

In checking on news/blogs and so on this morning I find that the republican controlled house of representatives has just defunded ACORN again in spite of the fact that ACORN has not existed for years.

Combine this with the house’s continuing vote to overturn the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare) a bill that has no future in the Senate and would obviously be vetoed by the President.

And you will hopefully agree with me that it is time to contact your representative and ask them to move just a pinch to the center so they can work with the senate and the president in getting something done.

Even Fox’s Chris Wallace is growing weary of the constant wasting of time by the republicans controlling the house.

Click on this link http://www.house.gov/ find your representative and call or contact him/her. Be polite and ask them to move a bit to the center so we can get something done.

Anything can be done if we work together!
