Now I hear that Pope Francis has stated that Agnostics and Atheists can get into heaven even if they do not believe.
No word yet on if they will be required to pay any past dues.
And if they get into heaven are they going to be troublemakers or will they comply with the rules?
Is this like a worker receiving union benefits without joining the union?
What am I to think? Next they will be telling me I can golf at the country club without having a membership. Naw, that ain’t gonna happen, big bucks still rule here.
Or I can get healthcare without having insurance, oh wait that already takes place in emergency rooms throughout America, those of us with insurance pay for it through higher premiums and higher bills when we use hospital services.
Is anyone working on a program to provide us with free Showtime? I am looking forward to this as I saw a couple segments of Homeland last week and it looks like a really good show.
And this is a big one, how about a free education for any and all that qualify and have the desire? Again a “naw that ain’t gonna happen,” this would require people to help those less fortunate than themselves and according to the tea party folks “Greed is good.”
Guess we will all have to be satisfied with the Pope’s offer to the non-believers for now.
Unless of course, you have a better idea; what do you think?
